Are the cases made in Australia?

No. The material is genuine Alcantara® imported from Italy, the products are made in China by specialist manufacturers, and orders are dispatched from Australia for faster local delivery.

How fast is delivery in Australia?

Orders are dispatched from Australia within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most metro Australian orders arrive faster than remote-area orders. Exact timing depends on the carrier and destination postcode, but all orders are sent with tracking after dispatch.

How does Alcantara® feel?

Alcantara® has a soft, suede-like hand feel. It feels warmer than glass, quieter than leather, and gives the phone a more secure surface in the palm.

Does Alcantara® get dirty easily?

Like any soft-touch material, Alcantara® can pick up dust, lint, or oils from daily use. Darker colours are more forgiving. Regular light brushing helps keep the surface looking clean.

Can I wipe it with water?

For light marks, use a barely damp cloth and let the material dry naturally. Do not soak the case, scrub aggressively, or use harsh cleaners, oils, alcohol, or silicone-based products.

Will it shed or peel?

Alcantara® itself is a technical material designed for repeated touch. As with any wrapped accessory, avoid sharp edges, heavy abrasion, and excessive moisture to preserve the finish.

Is it MagSafe compatible?

Our iPhone cases and MagSafe wallets are designed for MagSafe use. Magnetic strength can vary depending on your phone model, charger, wallet, mount, and whether other accessories are used at the same time.

Which iPhone models are supported?

Current Cantaracase iPhone case options include iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max, and iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max variants. Please choose the exact model from the product options before checkout.

Can I return it if it does not suit me?

We offer 30-day returns. Returned items should be in clean, resellable condition with packaging included where possible.

How should I care for it?

Brush away dust gently. For light marks, use a barely damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, oils, and silicone-based products.
